How does this work

We operate on the ESCO (Energy Service Company) model.

This means that we finance, implement, and support energy-efficient solutions, and the client receives savings without the need for large initial costs.

The process looks like this:

  3. Project implementation at our expense
  4. Operation and monitoring of results

What is the initial investment?

There is no or minimal initial investment required from the client.

ESCO covers all major costs for equipment, installation, commissioning, and support.

The client begins paying only after the project is launched, based on the actual energy savings achieved.
How does payment work?

Payment is made on a savings sharing basis:

  • fixed percentage of savings
  • or a pre-agreed monthly payment

All calculations are transparent and confirmed by accounting and monitoring data.

If savings are not achieved, the client bears no financial risk.
Agreement

Cooperation is formalized by an official ESCO agreement , which includes:
